Step 3: Blockages To Manifesting Your Dreams and How To Dismiss Them.
All of us have an emotional response to everything we experience.
There are no exceptions to this. The type of emotional response
determines the frequency of vibration we transmit.
The highest frequency is love and lowest is fear. Those are the
emotional opposites. Both are intense and both provide the perfect
examples of manifesting exactly what we are passionate about.
Positively passionate – Negatively passionate.
For any of us to manifest anything on our dreams list we must be
feeling the energy state that is in alignment with the same energy
state of what we want.
For example, if you want to take a trip to a special place, you can
begin by seeing and imaging in your mind, what you will see, feel,
hear and touch when you are there.
When you can imagine you are already there and feel that you are,
the feelings will be nearly identical to how you will feel when you
are physically there.
If you only want to go to a place because you are unhappy where you
are now – then what you are actually doing is increasing the
passion for what you don’t want vs. what you do want.
The Law of Attraction tells us we get what we focus on. If we focus
on what we don’t want we actually attract more of the same – which
is unhappiness and dissatisfaction for what or where we are now.
This seeming paradox is explored in depth in Guidance Process 3
delivered to our members. But the key point no matter how deeply
this topic is examined is as follows:
A state of negative emotion blocks the energy that is intended to
manifest our dreams. Fear, anger, hate, resentment, negative
opinions, feelings of wanting to be doing something more with our
lives all are blockages to the positive energy of creation.
Once we are in an negative emotional pattern it will require our
complete focus and attention to move past that state and into one
where are in alignment with what we want.
The Exact Steps For Moving Into A Positive State That Is In
Alignment With Our Dreams List:
When we know we want to be in a state of love, we may be challenged
on how to get there if we are focused on experiences that may
include financial challenges, relationship issues, memories of
wonderful experiences that are now just memories and more. However,
recognizing those emotions – results from how we choose to process
this information.
When we feel it is impossible to move into a state of peace and
happiness it is usually because we are focused on reprocessing past
events that we don’t “prefer” or we are fearful of future events.
The process for dismissing the resulting negative emotions is
detailed in the guidance for Manifest Mastermind members. In
summary, dismissing negative emotions involves moving into a state
of gratitude for all experiences.
You may remember we discussed gratitude in the Step 2 of this series.
Neal Donald Walsh explains this in his book “Happier Than God” that
the emotions we don’t “prefer” to experience like:
- Anger
- Resentment
- Fear
- Hate
And so on result from judgment.
Think about it. Anytime we are in a less that positive emotional
state we are judging some condition as awful, distasteful, painful,
etc.
We are intended to experience many situations here on the physical
plane. That is the only way for us to be able to gain appreciation.
For example how could we ever know what we define as pleasure if we
didn’t experience pain?
Life is about experiencing many things. Where we run into
challenges is when we negatively judge certain situations. Neale
writes that God advises that if we want to be in a state of peace,
happiness and joy “Move From Judgment Into Gratitude”
Remember “Nothing Ever Happens Until Something Moves.”

At this point in this series you have accomplished the following:
- You completed your list of dreams and desires and know your
intended feelings associated with the items on this list.
- Completing your daily list of seven things you are grateful for.
We encourage you to make this process a high priority in your daily
routine.
If this means getting up a half hour early or skipping some other
activity you normally do throughout the day, then do it. If you are
concerned about making this commitment to 30 minutes or so each day
- then ask yourself:
“How important it is it to you to manifest what you have on your
list of dreams and desires?”
If you have been completing the action steps, you now have devoted
energy two days in a row to the detailed exercises. Today is Day 3.
Everyone who commits to doing the Action Steps already is feeling a
positive difference as a result.

Action Step 3: Dismissing Negative Emotions
List your fears, worries, complaints and the areas of your life
where you are most judgmental.
With a highlighter or just your pens mark the top three that bother
you the most.
We find for most people fears and worries fall into one or more of
the following categories:
- Financial
- Relationships
- Health
Negative judgments often are in the categories of:
- Religion
- Politics
- Cultural Differences
- Socio-economic Status
- Social Behavior
It is important for you is to recognize what situations in your
life seem to result in you having a negative emotion. Again, start
with the big ones. Often addressing the big ones results in most
being dismissed.
The process of identifying fears, worries and negative judgments
begins to dismiss them if that is your intent.
As you move forward take one or two as a start and daily intend
(focus) to dismiss the cause of the negative emotion.
How do you dismiss the cause?
The technique we have found most effective is forgiveness. A number
of specific techniques we teach members include ho’oponopono and
EFT. Again you do not need to be a member to learn these.
All forgiveness techniques and how to adopt them in your life can
be found using research on line and in libraries.
