For those who are tempted to give up in hard times buy the book "The Dip" by Seth Godin. He gives great advice on how to push through the hard times in order to receive the results you seek after pushing through the dip. It has taken me years to find something to be totally passionate about. Now that I have, I feel great all the time. It's hard and takes a lot of work but since I'm passionate it about it I'm having a great time and I have the mental stamina to get through the difficult times.
